COMMERCIAL / FARM LANDS / BIG PROPERTIES ( OF ALL CATEGORIES) :
We charge a small non-refundable initial payment as retainer and all these payments are adjusted agaist the 2% payable when deal goes through.The client will be shown up to 5 properties closest to their specifications, subject to availability. This initial payment is meant to give better service to a serious buyer and discourage casual and non-serious enquiries.

(a) Top Banner Ads 480x55 pixels for each 10 seconds per miniute
(b) Vertical Banner Ads 55x480 pixels
(c) Bottom Banner Ads 480x55 pixels

2. Click Through Advertisements(CTA)

These ads contain basically a simple teaser,headline,animation or other eye catching material of 110x55 pixels.Clicking on this will lead to the full page ad of the advertiser.
Home page will not have top banner or vertical banner. Home page will have 200 x 100 or 125 animated or simple image with 4-6 lines of message with link to their main ad. These ads can be any size - from 4 - 20 pages or even more.These ads are charged on per page per year basis.Present tariff is Rs2500 per page per year with freedom to change ad any time at no additional charges.But every time new ad is accepted for one year only but credit is given for the remaining period in the earlier insertion. Advertisement Tariff depends on the Category of the page choosen.Please note top banner or vertical banner will be 200 % extra.
